Cancelation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

• For Same Day Cancelations, there will be a 50% charge for appointments canceled within a 3-hour period prior of scheduled appointment.

• There will be a full 100% charge for any appointments scheduled where the client has neither called nor showed for the scheduled appointment.

• For any appointments scheduled after a No-Call/No-Show, the client must provide a valid credit card number with all pertinent information necessary to hold any future appointments with Healing Tides.

• In addition, if the original No-Call/No-Show appointment has not been paid in full, once any future appointments are scheduled with a credit card, the original appointment will be charged at full price.

• Healing Tides will not add back any time missed if the client is responsible for the time delay.

• If the client would like to extend the session further while in a session; it will be at the sole discretion of the therapist to allow such an increase of time.
